Luke Byers is an experienced maintenance technician currently employed at XL Precision Technologies Ltd since March 2017, also contributing part-time in production roles. Prior experience includes serving as a leisure centre assistant at Guisborough Leisure Centre for three years, where responsibilities encompassed general cleaning, cash handling, and gym equipment maintenance. Luke also gained on-site experience as a labourer with Dynamic Shop Fitters and participated in a brief works experience at Johnson Matthey Davy Technologies, shadowing instrumentation staff. Luke holds an HNC+HND in Instrumentation from Teesside University and a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Instrumentation and Process Control from Middlesbrough College.
