Saulo Torres is an experienced project engineer at XL Construction, where employment began in June 2022, and has contributed as an undergraduate research assistant at the California Pavement Preservation Center since April 2019. Prior experience includes working as a mechanic's assistant at LC Dennis Co. since June 2015, focusing on the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, as well as a custodial role at the Wildcat Recreation Center in the summer of 2016. Saulo Torres holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, earned between 2017 and 2022.
