Chad Hamilton is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and executive oversight. Currently serving as a Project Executive at XL Construction since February 2006, Chad manages construction project teams for key clients in the Bay Area, focusing on work procurement, pre-construction management, budget assembly, and client relationship management. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Assistant Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from 2000 to 2003. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1994 and 1999.
