Austin Slayday is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at XL Construction since June 2018, following a tenure as a Project Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Build SJC (formerly San Jose Construction Co., Inc.) from August 2017 to June 2018 and a Graduate Assistant position at Northwest Missouri State University from January 2015 to May 2017. Austin holds a Master’s degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Northwest Missouri State University and two Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Monterey Bay.
