Jackie Yong Leong Shong began their career in 2015 as an Architectural Intern at China Architecture Design & Research Group. In 2016, they moved to Büro Ole Scheeren as an Architectural Assistant. In 2017, they joined XKool (小库科技) as a Senior Strategy Analyst, where they were responsible for supporting the decision-making of executives and leaders of inhouse business groups. Jackie also explored and articulated strategic direction for mainland and overseas SaaS business in property technology. Jackie later took on the roles of Product Owner and Researcher and Project Lead.

Jackie Yong Leong Shong attended Tsinghua University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) in Architecture. Additionally, Jackie has obtained various certifications from various institutions, such as Emeritus, Cloudera, Coursera Course Certificates, and IBM, from 2019 to 2020.
