Francesca Pavoni is a Human Resources Intern at XIRCLS - Collaborative Marketing Network since April 2022, focused on recruiting for a global movement to decentralize online marketing practices. Prior to this role, Francesca worked as a babysitter from November 2019 to April 2022 and previously from September 2014 to February 2017, providing care and entertainment for children. An experience with GERP involved living in a rainforest in Madagascar for three months, conducting research on the endangered Indri indri while managing logistical aspects of the project. Francesca also served as a receptionist at Global Service s.r.l. from September 2012 to September 2013, handling client relations and appointment management. Educationally, Francesca holds a Laurea Magistrale in Evoluzione del comportamento animale e umano from Università degli Studi di Torino (2017-2022) and a Laurea triennale in Psicologia dei processi sociali from Sapienza Università di Roma (2013-2017).
