Alan Christensen started their work experience as a Software Developer Intern at Clearwater Analytics in May 2013. Alan then worked as a USU Computer Science Tutor at Utah State University from August 2012 to May 2014. After that, Alan joined FamilySearch as a Software Engineer in May 2014 and worked there until February 2017. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Xima Software since February 2017.

Alan Christensen attended Snow College from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on computer engineering without obtaining a degree. Alan then pursued a degree in Computer Science at Utah State University from 2012 to 2014.
