Dmitry Belotserkovsky is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in consulting, software, and system integration. As a co-founder and co-owner of XIMAD, Inc. since January 2010, Dmitry has played a pivotal role in the company, which is headquartered in San Francisco and operates multiple offshore development centers in Eastern Europe. Additionally, Dmitry holds the title of President at XIM, Inc., an entity founded in 1998, and served as CEO of XIMAD for a brief period in 2011. Dmitry's academic background includes a Master’s degree from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics in Moscow, completed between 1987 and 1991.
