Song Huang is the Co-founder and CEO of Fabiotics since April 2024 and serves as an Industry Mentor at both Lanzhou University and Xiamen University. As a member of the Chinese Nutrition Society, Song Huang has contributed to academia and industry. Prior roles include Vice President of Products at Bluepha and Principal Scientist at Xbiome, where significant advancements in live biotherapeutics and microbial formulation development were achieved. Earlier experience includes a Scientist position at DuPont Nutrition & Health and a Doctoral Researcher role at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research, focusing on probiotic drying processes. Song Huang holds a PhD in Food Science from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and master's and bachelor's degrees in Chemical and Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Xiamen University.
