Kathir Rocky has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kathir started their career as a Logistic Quality Control employee at TI Cycles of India in August 2018. After that, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at IT Bridge Technologies from November 2019 to December 2020.

In October 2021, Kathir joined Teamware Solutions, a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt. Ltd, where they served as a Talent Acquisition professional and US IT Recruiter until October 2022.

Currently, they are working at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services as a Technical Recruiter, starting from February 2023.

Kathir Rocky obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University, where they were enrolled from 2013 to 2017.
