Steven Paulson has been the Director of Operations at Xfernet since January 2014. Prior to that, they served in the US Army for 13 years as a Squadron Targeting NCO. In that role, they were responsible for planning and coordinating fire support for a Cavalry Squadron, as well as requesting and controlling artillery, mortars and close air support. Steven was also responsible for the well-being, discipline, counseling, technical, tactical, and physical training of 32 individuals.

Steven Paulson has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in Project Management. Steven also has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from DeVry University in Network and System Administration/Administrator. In addition, they have an Associate of Science (AS) from Westwood College-Los Angeles in Information Technology: Major in Network Management. Steven also has a General Studies degree from Centennial High in General Studies. Finally, they have a certification from CompTIA in CompTIA Security+.

Their manager is Jeff Nikoletich, COO. and Mario Lara - Facility Manager reports to Steven Paulson.
