Yully Andrea Sarmiento Hernandez has worked in the sales and customer service industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were an Asesor de Telemarketing at Atento, where they were responsible for the commercialization of accident insurance via telephone, customer follow-up, and database management. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Coordinadora Comercial at ASSIST CARD, where they grew their commercial knowledge and skills, and eventually led the coordination of corporate agencies. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Ejecutiva de Cuenta at Expreso Viajes y Turismo - American Express Travel Services, where they were responsible for exceeding budgets, identifying potential customers, and executing and developing new strategies for customer acquisition. Finally, from 2017 to 2022, they were a Sales executive corporate business travel specialist in Argentina, Chile, Colombia & Per煤 at CWT, where they worked as part of a team with a positive and enthusiastic spirit, and maintained a commitment to learning and growth in the sector.

Yully Andrea Sarmiento Hernandez has a diverse educational background. In 2007, they obtained an Auxiliar Mercadeo y Ventas degree from the Universidad de Cundinamarca, focusing on Ventas generales, promoci贸n comercial y actividades de marketing afines. Yully Andrea then obtained a Tecnolog铆a Administraci贸n de Empresas degree from POLITECNICO COLOMBO ANDINO in 2010, with the same field of study. In 2020, they obtained three diplomas from Polit茅cnico Superior de Colombia: Diplomado en Inteligencia Emocional in Talento Humano, Diplomado en Coaching Empresarial, and Diplomado en Administraci贸n Eficaz del Tiempo. Yully Andrea is currently pursuing a Profesional Universitario en Administraci贸n de Empresas degree from UNIMINUTO Colombia. Additionally, they have a certification in C贸mo hacer coaching a tus empleados para obtener resultados from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2020.
