Natalia Mejia Suden has been working in the corporate world since 2019 when they started as an Investment Banking Analyst at Vertex Resources. In this role, they advised three companies from different sectors on the creation of value through a comprehensive diagnosis. Natalia also led the preparation of more than 15 workshops for more than 100 people on the Strategic Value Creation Plan. In 2021, Natalia moved to SAVRpak as Head of Business Development Colombia and to Alma Ventures LLC as an Innovation Specialist. In this role, they acted as an internal consultant of the company responsible for optimizing processes and providing solutions within the different areas of the organization. Natalia also achieved strategic alliances with non-profit organizations, managing to relocate people with vulnerabilities and economic difficulties. Currently, Natalia is working at Xertica as a Business Development Representative.

Natalia Mejia Suden attended the Investment Banking Academy in 2019 and completed a Financial Modeling Course. Natalia then attended the Universidad de Los Andes from 2014 to 2019, where they earned an Industrial Engineer degree. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Communication Skills to speak effectively to audiences, stage management and tone of voice from Voces Consultores SAS.
