Patrick Withams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Marketing and PR Researcher for Stevenson Adventures, where they successfully proposed a marketing strategy and wrote a comprehensive report. Patrick then served as an Editorial Intern at CMYK Design, gaining experience in image organization and photo/writing assignments. Patrick also worked as a Copywriter and Media Specialist at G9 Consulting. In 2014, Patrick was a Marketing Researcher at Engworks Inc., assisting in creating a new marketing campaign. Following this, they worked as a Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer at Stylelabs Inc. In 2015, they were a Graphics and Web Designer at Helio Technology Inc., responsible for company-branded graphics and website restyling. Patrick Withams has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Glasgow between 2009 and 2013. In 2011 to 2012, they completed a year of study abroad at the University of Calgary, focusing on Philosophy and English Literature. Additionally, Patrick has obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and AWS Certified Machine Learning. Patrick received the AWS Certified Machine Learning certification in November 2020, while the other certifications were obtained in March 2023.
