Steven Russel has an extensive career in engineering and quality assurance, spanning over four decades. Since 1999, Steven has held multiple managerial and engineering roles at Xerox, including Manager of Quality Assurance Process, Fusing Competency Center Manager, and Lead Engineer for the Fusing Design Team. Prior to this, Steven worked at Eastman Kodak Company as a Mechanical Engineer from 1976 to 1999. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 1978 and 1984.
