Rob Steele is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Xerox IT Services and ESI since November 2019. Previously, Rob held senior leadership positions at Electronic Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included Vice President of Operations. Rob began their career at Union Carbide as an R&D Associate and later advanced to logistics and operations roles at Mitsubishi Chemical America, achieving Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Rob Steele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Virginia Military Institute, completing studies in 1995.
