Radoslaw Ptak is a highly experienced Senior Localisation Engineer at Xerox, with a career spanning over 17 years in localization and technical support. Since February 2006, Radoslaw has excelled in testing and assessing localization tools, automating manual processes, and designing key localization procedures for various software and documentation formats. Prior experience includes serving as a Localisation Engineer at SDL International, where Radoslaw handled the pre-processing and post-processing of materials for localization, provided support for project teams, and performed quality assurance tasks. Additionally, Radoslaw worked as a Desktop Publishing Technician at Poligrafia – Publishing House, focusing on preparing materials for offset printing and maintaining internal computer networks. Radoslaw holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Casimir the Great Academy of Bydgoszcz, Poland.
