Ian Hughes has extensive experience in the field of technical marketing and continuous improvement, holding various roles at Xerox since 2007. Currently serving as a Technical Marketing Consultant and Continuous Improvement Consultant, Ian has also been responsible for managing the 1:1 Variable Data Printing National Program. Prior to joining Xerox, Ian worked at ISM as an Operations Shift Lead from 1988 to 1989.
