Zoltán Miholics has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a Content Manager at the University of Pécs, Hungary. In 2011, they were a Deputy Project Leader at the same university. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at the University of Pécs, Hungary in various roles including Project Leader, Group Leader, and Project Manager. During this time, they were responsible for editing and handling directorate portals, creating graphic dissemination tools, directing IT applications, and giving information about grants and innovation. In 2018, they worked as an English Teacher at Cserepka János Középiskola és Sportiskola and as a Journalist at Új Dunántúli Napló. Zoltán also worked as a Professional Freelancer and Project Manager at MSB Fejlesztési Tanácsadó Zrt. In 2021, they began working as a Lead Content Developer at Xeropan.

Zoltán Miholics obtained a Master's degree from the University of Pécs between 1996 and 2001, majoring in both Hungarian/Magyar Language and Literature and English Language and Literature, General. In July 2001, they also received a Diploma majoring in English and a Diploma majoring in Hungarian from the University of Pécs. In February 2005, they obtained a Bizonyítvány - Informatikus (IT Expert) from the Nemzeti Szakképzési Intézet.
