From 2011 to 2012, they were the General Manager at VB-Consulting Kft. In 2014, they joined Gravity Rock Solid Recommendations as CFO. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer at SEON. Fraud Fighters. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at both Stylehub - Online stores for cool brands. and Valkyr. Benedek currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Xeropan.

Benedek Varga obtained a Master's degree in Economics (Accounting) from Corvinus University of Budapest between 1995 and 2000.
