Samantha Webster has extensive experience in customer service and retention, currently serving as Retention Manager at Xercise4Less since September 2014, where responsibilities include health and safety checks, managing ROTA schedules, and achieving membership retention targets. Previously, Samantha advanced from Senior Receptionist to oversee a team while managing daily operations at the club. Earlier roles include Outbound Sales Agent at Admiral Group plc, focusing on customer follow-ups for insurance policies, and Sales Advisor at Bodyfreaks, where product benefits were effectively communicated to customers. Samantha holds a BTEC National Diploma Level 3 in Business Management from Neath Port Talbot College and graduated from Dwr-y-Felin Comprehensive School.
