Dominik Kozik has a varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager for Xerall, and as an Expert cooperating with the Foundation for The Future Industry Platform. In 2020, they worked as an R&D Manager and structural designer for OHRV Motorcycle Engines, and as a Program Expert for the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. From 2016 to 2019, they worked for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development as an Expert Lider and Industry Expert, and from 2015 to 2019 they worked for the National Centre for Research and Development as a Chief Expert, Reviewer, and Expert Lider. In 2015, they were a Member of the Working Group on Process Automation and Robotics, a Member of the Working Group on Environmentally Friendly Transport Solutions, and an Industry Expert for the Ministry of Development. In 2019, they were a Co-Founder and Mentor of start-ups for ConceptLab Technology Accelerator, and in 2018 they were an R&D Project manager and R&D projects executor for Centrum Nowych Technologii / Innowent System. Dominik was also a Member of Technical Committee 336 on Innovation and Technical Committee Member No. 9 for Reliability for the Polish Committee for Standardization from 2019.
Dominik Kozik has a Master of Engineering from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008 in the field of Mechanics and Machine Building, specializing in Mechatronics and Computer Aided Machine Design. Dominik also completed postgraduate studies at Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza in Aero Engines between 2009 and 2010, as well as postgraduate studies at Uniwersytet Rzeszowski in Teaching Vocational Subjects between 2009 and 2010.
