Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced software development leader with a demonstrated history in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held significant leadership roles, including Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities encompassed consulting, customer interactions, and managing BPM solutions. Prior experience includes senior architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, and a BPM architect role at MasterCard, all conducted under Wipro's deputation.
