Nina Weishaupt has significant experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, particularly in the field of biology and pharmacology. At Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc., Nina has progressed from Senior Scientist and Head of In Vivo Pharmacology to Associate Director and then to Director of Biology (In Vivo). Before this, Nina held positions at New B Innovation Ltd. as Manager and Assistant Manager of R&D Neurology. Academic qualifications include a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Western Ontario and a PhD from the University of Alberta, complemented by a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Tieraerztliche Hochschule Hannover.
