Alna Maria Ben currently serves as a Content Strategist at XENA Intelligence and is the Chief Executive Officer of REALM Connect, both roles taken on since December 2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the IEEE MACE Student Branch, where Alna held various leadership positions, including Chair and Vice Chair of IEEE PES SBC MACE, and contributed as a Women in Power Representative and Sponsorship Lead. Alna also coordinated projects for IEEE Kerala Section SIGHT and functioned as Community Manager and Organising Team Lead for the NetX Club, along with directing the operations for the tenth edition of MACE Model United Nations Conference. Earlier roles included teaching science at Cert-Ed Academia and coordinating events for the Hult Prize Foundation and AISYWLC. Alna is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, with secondary education completed at Holy Cross Higher Secondary School Cherpunkal.
