Mohammad Yaish has over 18 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Mohammad began their career in 2002 as a Werkstudent at the Fachhochschule Ulm - Hochschule für Technik, where they worked in the Rechenzentrum and Digitallabor. In 2003, they began working as a Werkstudent at CAD-UL Electronic Services (Elemaster Germany). In 2004, they continued in the same role, and in 2005, they were promoted to Softwareentwickler. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at ENVICOMP Systemlogistik GmbH in various roles, including Leiter Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung, Leiter Systementwicklung, and Systementwickler. In 2018, they began working at Uhlmann Pac-Systeme as an Architect Digital Solutions and Full Stack Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Liebherr Hausgeräte as an IT-Architect Digital Data Integration, and in 2022, they began working at XEMPUS as a Senior Software Engineer.

Mohammad Yaish attended Technische Hochschule Ulm from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Technische Informatik.
