Malte Dummel has worked in various roles since 2004. Malte began their career as an Assistant Consultant (Part Time) for CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG in 2004. In 2006, they were an Associate Consultant Intern for Bain & Company. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Analyst for Goldman Sachs. Malte then continued their career at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director from 2009 to 2017. Most recently, they have been the COO & CFO for Xempus AG since 2017.

Malte Dummel attended the University of Oxford from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics. Malte then continued their studies at the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2009, receiving a Master's Degree in Economics/Finance.
