Katrin Madlmayr has extensive experience in the field of product management. Katrin began their career in 2009 as an Assistant to the Head of E-Commerce for OTTO GmbH & Co KG. In 2010, they moved to neckermann.de GmbH as a Project- and Requirementsmanager. In 2012, they joined AutoScout24 GmbH as a Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for all B2B products for professional car dealers on the online platform. In 2015, they moved to HolidayCheck AG as a Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for all products and functionalities related to user generated content. In 2017, they joined BMW Group as a Senior Product Owner BMW Theatre Screen, where they were responsible for launching the BMW Theatre Screen worldwide in the new 7 series. Katrin also served as Team Lead ConnectedDrive Personal Portal and Senior Product Owner ConnectedDrive Portal & Stores, where they were responsible for integrating BMW Connected Drive Store into Car's headunits and BMW iOS App. In 2022, they moved to XEMPUS as Director Product Platform.
Katrin Madlmayr attended Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Magister Artium in Kulturwissenschaften (BWL, Geographie, Tourismusmanagement). In 2006 and 2007, they also attended Università de Macerata for Business Studies, Geography and Tourism. No additional certifications were obtained.
