Thomas Ling is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and creating innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Design and Lead Product Designer at Xemplo since July 2022, Thomas focuses on advancing workforce management technologies. Previously, as a Senior Visual & UI Designer at Immutable from December 2019 to June 2022, Thomas addressed complex UX challenges in the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Thomas also founded Rdy Creative, serving as Creative Director, and has held significant roles at Riot Games, where contributions included leading visual design and expanding brand presence in the Oceania market. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Senior Designer at Milk Digital and Digital Designer roles in various companies. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Digital Media in Web and Multimedia from UNSW.
