Mike Roemer is an experienced service manager with a strong background in the printing industry. Currently serving as the Service Manager for North America at Xeikon since July 2013, Mike leads a team of service technicians, ensuring exceptional customer support and addressing various inquiries and issues. Previously, Mike held several positions at Quad Direct, including Regional Service Manager for North America and LATAM, Digital Print Specialist, and Field Service Engineer. Earlier experience at Quad/Graphics included roles as Offset Second Press Operator and Press Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed press operations, color management, and team supervision. Mike's formal education includes studies at Brookfield Central High School and Waukesha County Technical College.
