Marcel de Vries is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the field of software architecture and Microsoft services. As the co-founder and Global MD & CTO of Xebia since October 2014, Marcel focuses on team development and customer transformation into digital leaders. Prior experience includes roles such as Principal Architect for ALM tool implementations at Rabobank and SNS REAAL, along with leadership positions at Info Support, where Marcel managed the Microsoft Application Development Competence Center. Additionally, Marcel is a board member at Techorama and a course author for Pluralsight, specializing in Azure Cloud and DevOps. Educationally, Marcel holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Computer Science from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
