Magda Jach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and delivery management, currently serving as Delivery Director at Xebia since January 2023, where Magda leads a PMO organization focused on constant improvements, value orientation, and customer-centric culture. Prior to this role, Magda was PMO Lead and Delivery Manager at PGS Software S.A. from September 2014 to January 2020, overseeing a team of Project Managers and the delivery of software solutions. Magda also held various positions at GE from 2000 to 2014, including SAP Global Senior Solution Architect, IT Program Manager, and IT Commercial Team Leader, contributing to significant multi-release implementations across multiple global regions. Magda Jach holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
