David H. has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. David is currently working at Xe.com as a Senior DevOps Engineer. David started in December 2022 and their previous role at Xe.com was a DevOps Engineer, which they held from November 2019 to December 2022. Prior to joining Xe.com, David worked as a System Administrator at Xe.com from July 2017 to November 2019.

Before their time at Xe.com, David owned and operated a part-time business called Computer Plumber since January 1995. David assisted small and medium-sized businesses as well as home users with various technical issues. David built customized computers, servers, and networks and provided setup and education for clients.

David provided technical support to over 150 staff and lawyers, managed user accounts and permissions, maintained printers and backups, and trained others on best practices and software.

David's work history also includes a role as an Assistant Network Administrator at the University of Toronto from January 2002 to July 2002. David assisted in the day-to-day operation of computer labs and provided helpdesk support to faculty and staff.

David H. started their education at Appleby College, where they obtained their Highschool Diploma from 1986 to 1995. David then attended McMaster University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B. Sc. degree in Biology & Psychology. Following this, they pursued a B.A. in Philosophy from McMaster University for the academic year 1999-2000. In 2000-2001, they attended Sheridan College to specialize in Enterprise Database Management, focusing on Oracle and Database Design Structure and Management. In May 2017, David received a certification as an AWS Solutions Architect - Associate. Additionally, they obtained an Oracle Certified Professional certification in 2001.
