Maude Marche began their work experience as a Stagiaire ingénieur méthodes at Sidel in September 2020, where they worked until February 2021. Maude then moved on to XDI | Dassault Systèmes CLOUD VAR, where they have held the role of Customer Success Manager since February 2022. Prior to this, they had another stint as a Customer Success Manager at XDI | Dassault Systèmes CLOUD VAR from February 2022 to July 2022.

Maude Marche has a background in mechanical engineering and industrial design. In 2018, they pursued a two-year degree in mechanical and production engineering at the Université de Bourgogne. Following that, from 2019 to 2022, they attended UTBM to obtain an engineering degree with a focus on ergonomic, industrial design, and mechanical engineering.
