Sheila K. has worked in various roles in the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs fields since 2005. Sheila began their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2005, followed by a Quality Assurance Associate role at Alkermes in 2006. Sheila then moved to PharmaFORCE in 2006, where they were a Quality Assurance Compliance. In 2008, they became a CQA - Compliance at Kendle International, before taking on the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Navidea Biopharmaceutical in 2010. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at PPD as a CQA, and then moved to Xcovery Holdings, Inc. in 2018, where they currently hold the roles of Vice President Regulatory Affairs/ Quality Assurance and Director CQA.

Sheila K. received their Master of Science in Bioscience Regulatory Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Pharmacology and Toxicology with a minor in Chemistry from The University of Toledo in 2004.
