Gil Kalish is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing advanced features for telecommunications and networking technologies. Currently at XCOM Labs since June 2019, Gil focuses on creating innovative capabilities for 4G LTE and 5G NR base stations. Prior to XCOM Labs, from August 2014 to June 2019, Gil worked at Mellanox Technologies, progressing from a software engineer to team lead, where responsibilities included managing a team of engineers, acting as a scrum master, and collaborating with customers to ensure seamless integration and rapid problem resolution. Gil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned in 2014.
