Marcelo Malta is a highly experienced professional in product and marketing management, currently serving as Product & Marketing Manager at XCMG BANK since August 2020. Previously, Marcelo held the position of financial and real estate consultant at Decisões e Soluções Portugal, and served as Director at PSV Turismo, overseeing commercial operations and partner relations in Brazil. As a co-owner of Donatto Bistrô, Marcelo managed marketing, administration, and customer service. Earlier career roles include Regional Manager at Banco Fidis S/A - Grupo Fiat Chrysler, Senior Product Analyst at Santander, and various positions in product analysis at Banco Mercedes Benz and Banco General Motors (GMAC).
