Arslan Topcu is currently the SVP of Technology at XCINEX. Arslan has previously worked as a Cloud Architect at Linga rOS from December 2018 to November 2021 and as a Software Architect at NETAÅž from January 2017 to December 2018. Arslan is an expert in Golang, MongoDB, Angular 10, React Native, and Native App development. Arslan is also well-versed in Redis, RabbitMQ, Developer API and Third-Party integration, and Dockerize all application and running on AWS EKS cluster. Arslan has experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline and is familiar with Auto scaling application.

After completing high school, Arslan Topcu attended Karadeniz Technical University where they studied physical sciences. Arslan then went on to earn a science degree from Sürmene Lisesi. In addition, they have certification from NVIDIA in the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute and from Scrum.org in PSM I.
