Stephen Pompeo currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at XCHARGE North America since January 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions in human resources at Desktop Metal from August 2017 to January 2024, including Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Manager for DMO, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist. Earlier experience includes a role in operations at Carhartt from February 2015 to October 2017 and managerial responsibilities at Timberland from February 2008 to November 2013, where Stephen also acted as a Regional CSR Advocate. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Salem State University (2017-2020) and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from North Shore Community College.
