Alex Urist is a seasoned professional with significant experience in business development and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President and Co-Founder of XCharge North America since June 2022, Alex has previously held the position of Head of Business Development at SupChina, overseeing revenue and strategic partnerships for a global community focused on China. Additionally, Alex co-founded Current Electric, serving as CPO to assist hospitality and QSR businesses in establishing their own charging networks. Earlier experience includes a role as an Associate in Business Development at Magellan Research Group, contributing to substantial company growth, and as an Assistant Teacher at Kenyon College, where Alex facilitated immersive language learning for undergraduate students. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Area Studies with a focus on Economics from Kenyon College and has studied at Middlebury College and Middlebury-CET in Hangzhou.
