James has significant international insurance and reinsurance experience. Prior to joining Xchange Benefits, James held managing positions at Willis as the International (Non-US) Coordinator for A&H, at QBE as Manager of the Health Department and at C.V. Starr where he co-founded Starr Global Accident & Health Insurance Agency. Whilst at Starr Global he produced and underwrote a diversified A&H portfolio in excess of $200 Million. He is a co-founder of Xchange Benefits, LLC.
