Damilola Badru, ACIPM, HRPL, currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Xcene Research, where responsibilities include driving time and financial savings through the development of comprehensive reporting spreadsheets and streamlining activity report preparation. Previously, Damilola worked as an Event Coordinator for Purple Vintage Events, playing a key role in organizing large-scale events like the Be! Women Conference and managing high-visibility projects that garnered significant referrals. Other experiences include contributing to recruitment strategies for the Millennium Campus Network's Global Admissions Committee and coordinating events at BEETEE EVENTS, where Damilola excelled in client relations and industry trend analysis. Damilola holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from Lagos State University and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
