Tanner Schafer has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Rental Technician III at Powderhorn Ski Resort, providing customers with extraordinary customer service and collecting their information and payment. In 2015, they worked as a Server at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. In 2018, they began working at ARC Document Solutions, taking on two roles - Business Development Representative and Sales Development Representative. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Representative and Business Development Representative at MCN Healthcare and Business Development Representative at RingCentral. In 2021, they became a Strategic Account Manager at Human Capital Institute (HCI). Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager / Partner Account Manager at Xcelocloud Inc.

Tanner Schafer attended Colorado Mesa University from 2010 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
