James Lim currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Xcell Biosciences, a position held since May 2012. Prior to this, James Lim completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory from September 2010 to May 2012, focusing on cancer biology and Huntington's Disease. James Lim also worked as a Research Associate at Harvard Medical School for part of 2010, specializing in cell migration and cancer metastasis through advanced microscopy techniques. James Lim holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology and Biophysics from Scripps Research, obtained in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Histology from McGill University, completed in 2004. Expertise includes light microscopy, image analysis, fluorescence microscopy, and computer-vision based methodologies.
