Prior to this role, they held the position of Advisory Board Member at Xcelerate, where they played a key role in driving the adoption of electric vehicles.

Prior to Xcelerate, Milad worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Sr. Product Manager and Sr. WW Program Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for creating digital frameworks and streamlining investment offerings to increase revenue and measure ROI. Milad managed a significant investment program and led investments in various markets globally.

Before their time at AWS, Milad gained valuable experience at Tesla, where they held several roles. As the Global Used Vehicle Ops Manager, they expanded trade-in and used vehicle operations in different markets, overseeing significant business growth. Milad also served as the North America Operations Manager, Remarketing, where they played a pivotal role in building and launching the Tesla Used Vehicle & Trade-in business. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager/Sr. Ownership Advisor, where they contributed to the sales success of Tesla vehicles.

Milad also gained experience at IS Support, Inc as a Sales Associate, Cardtronics as a Customer Service Representative, Verizon Wireless as a Sales & Marketing Intern, Merrill Lynch as an Intern, Willie's Grill & Icehouse LLC as a Server, and Laser Quest as a Sales and Event Coordinator.

Milad Davoodi began their education in 2009 at the University of Houston, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government. Milad completed their undergraduate studies in 2013. In 2019, Milad joined Northwestern University to further expand their knowledge in Data Science, focusing on this field until 2020.
