Alisha Gimbel has extensive work experience in emergency management and preparedness. Alisha is currently the Director of Emergency Management at the City of Richardson Texas, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the same organization from February 2020 to October 2022.

Alisha also holds additional certifications as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) from the International Association of Emergency Managers and as a Texas Certified Emergency Manager from the Emergency Management Association of Texas (EMAT), although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
