Barrett Winter has held various roles in different companies, such as XCEL, Stuppy Greenhouse Manufacturing, and Specialty Medical Systems. Starting as a farm/ranch hand at Wintergreen Farms, Barrett then moved on to work as a Laparoscopic Instrument Technician and Sales Associate before transitioning into roles within the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Barrett now serves as the Vice President of Operations in the East Region at XCEL. Throughout these experiences, Barrett has gained a diverse skill set and experience in operations, coaching, and administration.
