Todd Marckx is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both law enforcement and the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Claims Associate at Nationwide since December 2020, Todd assists clients by managing the claims process and evaluating property damages. In addition, Todd has been an Outside Sales Representative for Xcel Roofing since March 2020. Todd's extensive experience with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department, from June 1993 to September 2019, includes leadership roles as Captain and Sergeant, where responsibilities involved aligning departmental goals and managing teams to address local crime issues. Todd holds an Executive MBA with an emphasis in leadership from Benedictine College and a degree in Public Administration, Political Science, and Economics from Oklahoma State University.
