Caylie Henckler, currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at Xcel Energy since August 2022, specializes in establishing and implementing UX Research best practices within a new department. Prior to this role, Caylie worked at GoKart Labs as a Senior UX Researcher, where responsibilities included managing research programs and mentoring team members, and earlier held positions as a UX Researcher and Design Researcher focusing on product innovation. With experience at General Mills in design research and project management at SapientNitro, Caylie has a comprehensive background in design and research operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Winona State University.
