Richard Crowley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and customer service. Currently serving as Vice President of North America Operations at Xceedance since September 2023, Richard leads a team overseeing various operational functions. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Director of Provider Services at NTT DATA Services from April 2018 to September 2023, where management of a multi-site Provider Service Team was a key focus. Previous experience includes managing the Customer Service Department as Customer Service Center Manager at Arbella Insurance Group and overseeing workforce management as Director at Mercer. Richard’s foundational career includes significant roles at Putnam Investments, culminating in the position of Assistant Vice President. Richard holds an Associate of Science degree in Business from Dean College, completed in 1994.
